Boys Pants 5 to 7yo - 2000yen for all

Please bear in mind I have a tall and skinny boy.
His pants drops if he's wearing the same size as the top.
So we buy him something smaller and ends up looking like those geeks with socks showing from their too-short trousers.

Bottoms are anywhere between 5 to 7yos.
The adjustable hidden elastic has been pulled to the tiniest waist so I didn't measure that.
Beware of the size of label, which I have indicated in parenthesis.
They are just labels and vary according to manufacturer and how many times we washed.
I have measured the hip and inseam of the bottoms.
By hip I mean this (see red tape):

By inseam I mean this (see red tape):

Grey cotton pant with white stitches, elastic waist. hip 37' inseam 46 (meant to be short?) (size 130cm)
Brown / blue stripe pants, grey waist, elastic waist, hip 38 inseam 55 (size 130cm)
Old navy khaki  cargo short pants H 39 (size 7)
Gap kids denim short pants, hidden elastic waist, H 35 (130cm)
Grey cargo short pants, hidden elastic waist H39(130cm)
Gap straight jeans, hidden elastic waist, H36 IN 49 (size 6)
Gap beige cargo ( not full length) hidden elastic waist H38 IN 45 (suppose to be a boy's version I'd a Capri)(size S)
Hanna Anderson beige cotton pants H38 IN 48 (120cm)
Gap "carpenter" denim pants, hidden elastic waist, H 37 IN 42 ( not full length ) ( size S)

Jeans hidden elastic waist, H38 IN 55 (size 130cm)

He was so skinny he could wear these as well. They are short pants so really didn't matter. Don't know if its useful but will throw it in.
Talbot kids Navy blue short pants, buttoned waist, H 36
Navy blue short pants, elastic waist, H 36 (110cm)
Navy blue short pants, elastic waist, H 36 (110cm)
